We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential design-partner relationships, operate and secure the website, improve Newcomb, and prepare enterprise implementation or security materials when requested.

We do not sell personal information.

Newcomb is built for regulated enterprise workflows. Customer implementation data, product evidence, and legal materials should be governed by a written agreement before production use.

Prospective customers should not send confidential, privileged, regulated, or production data until appropriate contractual protections are in place.

We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, security, communications, and related business operations. They are used to support Newcomb, not to sell visitor information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the stage of the company and the nature of the information involved.

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
