The agreement that governs use of Newcomb.

These interim website terms apply to the public Newcomb site and pilot application. Use of a Newcomb pilot is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by Newcomb and the customer.

The website describes a product under active development. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity, create a customer relationship, or bind either party to a pilot.
Do not submit confidential or privileged material through the application form. Website content is general product information, not legal advice.
You may not probe, disrupt, overload, automate abusive submissions to, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or its supporting systems.
Newcomb and its marks are owned by Newcomb. You may link to the public site, but may not imply endorsement or copy the site in a misleading way.
